The students at Meeting Street Academy have been learning about the earthquake in Haiti. And after realizing Haiti was a country, not a girl they decided to help :) They set up a lemonade/cookie stand in Marion Square this past Wednesday with 100% proceeds going toward sending clean water to Haiti through Water Missions International. The kids had a ton of fun and were absolutely adorable. And guess how much money we raised?? $1200!!! Can you believe that?
